This website belongs to Fabiane Araújo, a licensed health insurance agent in Florida, and her agency, FAC INSURANCE LLC. It is a simple information page. Here is what it does and does not collect.
What this site collects
This site has no accounts. If you use the contact form, you give your name, email, and, if you choose, your phone number and a message, so Fabi can reply. The form saves these details, together with your text-message choices, in LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), the customer management platform FAC INSURANCE LLC uses. Like most websites, the hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Advertising measurement
The site uses Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel to measure whether our advertising works. These tools set cookies and may share limited browsing data (such as the pages you viewed and the buttons you clicked) with Google and Meta. They are used for measurement and ad delivery, not to identify you by name.
You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, through Meta's ad preferences, and through Google's ad settings.
The buttons on this site open WhatsApp with a pre-written message. Anything you send is handled by WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta and has its own privacy policy, and is received on Fabi's business phone. Only send the information you are comfortable sharing in a chat; Fabi will tell you which documents an application needs.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check a text-message consent box on the contact form, FAC INSURANCE LLC uses the phone number you gave to send the messages you agreed to: customer care messages about your inquiry, appointments, and enrollment, and marketing messages only if you checked that separate box. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help deliver the messages, such as the texting platform and phone carriers, only for that purpose. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How your information is protected
This site is served only over HTTPS, so what you type in the contact form is encrypted on its way to us. The form sends your details straight to FAC INSURANCE LLC's LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) account, which is protected by password-secured logins; only Fabi and the people she authorizes to help serve you can see them. The website itself does not store form submissions.
We keep your information only as long as we need it to help you or as the law requires, and we never sell it. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we will tell you if it is ever affected by a security incident as the law requires.
Your choices
You can browse this site with cookies blocked and it will still work. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. If you would like a copy of any information Fabi holds about you, or want it deleted, contact her using the details below.
