Anyone who legally resides in the U.S. and does not have access to affordable health coverage through their job can qualify.

Who can enroll in Medicare?

If you are 65 or older, or have a qualifying disability, you can enroll in Medicare.

How much does it cost?

The cost varies based on your income, but with Obamacare, plans can start as low as $0 per month.

Can I enroll in Medicare if I'm an immigrant?

Yes. If you are 65 or older and have legally resided in the U.S. for at least 5 consecutive years, you may qualify for Medicare.

How long does the enrollment process take?

What does Obamacare cover?

When can I enroll?

Obamacare Open Enrollment runs from November 1 to January 15, and Medicare Annual Enrollment from October 15 to December 7. Life events such as moving, losing coverage, getting married, or having a baby can open a Special Enrollment Period at any time of year.
